In the lead up to Christmas, Westfield shopping centres are magical, festive attractions. They challenged us to bring this experience out from under their roof and to life in a digital campaign.
We created an engaging, Google Maps based online game called The Big Present Hunt. Players had the chance to win great prizes by finding gifts using a series of clues posted across social channels. Further awareness of the game was generated by seeding a teaser video we also created.
The teaser video had 138,000 views and there were over 9,000 competition entries, producing huge levels of engagement and spreading festive cheer far and wide. Westfield, and all who visited, had a very merry Christmas.
