The BBA is the voice of the banking industry in the UK. A hugely important sector for the UK economy. As such, it needed a hugely powerful positioning and new responsive digital platform.
The BBA represents the interests of more than 240 member organisations with a worldwide presence in 180 countries. They truly are ‘The Voice of Banking’ in the UK. Our work for them took in two major briefs; their digital platform (which moved into responsive design) and, their brand guidelines/proposition (re-imagined to represent a more inclusive banking industry).
The new positioning ‘The Voice of Banking’ is ticking all the right boxes in the land of financial services, and the website’s bounce rate has reduced by 17% and dwell time has increased by 30%. Plus, feedback from those in the industry and outside has been incredibly positive.
