Barbour

SS17 collection campaigns.

Challenge

To create a series of digital campaigns for Barbour’s Tartan collection that explored new, compelling ways of showcasing their Scottish roots to get retailers and consumers excited about Tartan. These would signify the start of a new approach for Barbour that connected key collection campaigns with their bigger brand one.

Idea

We brought the collection to life through a number of films using two key influencers – Scottish photographer Rab Fyfe and travel blogger Laura Brown – capturing their favourite and most iconic places in the Scottish Highlands. For this three-part series, we set off on a journey to spend an adventure-filled 24 hours in Fort William, Inverness and the beautiful Isle of Skye – some of Scotland’s most magnificent locations.

The stunning films and photography were rolled-out across all of Barbour’s digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, email, digital display and travel diary entries on the Barbour blog. Visually rich, this content approach allows us to beautifully demonstrate what it means to live and breathe Barbour.
