With at least 6 years’ experience in an advertising agency environment, in a senior account handling position, you will be joining to manage some of the agency’s key clients. As a hands-on Account Director at TJ, you will love all that’s traditional and digital, have a passion for the creative business, teamwork, numbers, and most importantly, delighting clients.

A great communicator and people manager, you will be confident working with budgets, liaising with clients and internal departments, and importantly, developing your team. You’ll be confident dealing with contacts at every level including presenting, project managing, and balancing day-to-day responsibilities with a strategic focus on promoting, developing, and extending the business of the agency.
