Thinking Juice the advertising, digital and branding agency based in Bournemouth has been named ‘Advertising Agency of the Year for the South of England’, in The Drum magazine’s annual ‘role of honours’.

The Drum wrote: “Since its launch in 2003 the Bournemouth agency has been busy building it reputation further, working with a list of high profile clients. It probably comes as no surprise then that The Drum named the team in our Top 10 UK Creative Agencies to Watch in 2008 – and they’ve more than proved us right.”

Thinking Juice also closed out the year in 11th place in UTalk Marketing’s UK People’s Choice Advertising Agency League Table, in joint position with industry giants M&C Saatchi and Fallon, above adland superstars Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Grey and BBDO. Thinking Juice were the only agency outside of London in the Top 15.

Gellan Watt, Managing Director, said: “It’s a fantastic achievement for the whole team at Thinking Juice. Like most others, the marketing industry is having a tough time in dramatic trading conditions, so our relentless focus on delivering a greater return on our clients marketing expenditure, building their brands and driving their businesses forward with big ideas is the key to continued success. This is a year in which all businesses will be tested, and we’re ready for the challenge.”

It follows a hugely successful year in which Thinking Juice netted a host of international awards and new clients including The David Beckham Academy (UK & USA), Maison Blanc, Vow Europe, Vasanta Group, Beales Department Stores, BCHA, PromoServe Systems and a number of WeightWatchers projects among others.

Thinking Juice is currently expanding taking on a number of new in creative, digital and account management roles.
