‘Tis the season to be jolly – and what makes people happier than dancing around like noone’s watching?  Except there’s a catch: people are watching. But that didn’t stop two of our boys and their glorious dance moves from raising a ton of cash for charity this Christmas.

Thinking Juice’s Luke Bonner, Head of Art, and Lewis Bullock, Creative Designer, have created a dancing advent calendar called #Dancember. Every day in the lead up to Christmas they’ve been dancing to raise funds for a number of selected charities. So far, the pair have managed to raise over £1,300. They’ve wiggled, jiggled, shimmied and shaked to give back to Macmillan Cancer Support, Julia’s House and Oakhaven Trust. Each of which are very special to the pair for different reasons.

Their concept, although whimsical, is fairly logical: save the money you’d usually spend on an overrated, somewhat tasteless, chocolate advent calendar and donate it to a charity instead! If you’re yet to watch #Dancember rest assured it’s worth every penny, and if you’d like to donate to this amazing cause just visit: https://www.justgiving.com/teams/dancember. There’s 2 days left until the big day – so you’ve still got time to donate, but make sure you get the most of your money visit: http://www.dancember.co.uk/, where you can watch all of their dances to date.

Trust us, #Dancember is the only type of advent calendar where you’ll be able to watch two grown men dance their hearts out to Wannabe by Spice Girls in a Bournemouth car park.
