Next up for TJ's challenging two-minute Q&A is the lovely Fi.

What do you do at TJ?
I’m a Senior Account Manager.

The most exciting thing about the marketing and creative industry today is…
The ever-changing landscape within digital.

A brand I think is killing it at the moment is…
Marks & Spencer Food. This is largely because ‘food porn’; ads went from being totally unreachable quality to ‘quality for me’ simply by changing the narrator and adding humour too. The strategy remained, but the idea changed. I went from drool, to drool and laughter (sounds messy).

My favourite advertising campaign of all time is…
Hmm… this is huge and honestly it’ll change every day – today my first recall is Mercedes-Benz “Chicken” Magic Body Control ad – just broke my boredom of car ads, showing cars driving or car parts with mood music.

The work I’ve been involved in at TJ that I am most proud of is…

Watching a new business come to life with a fab new website that we’ve just completed. Unfortunately they’ll remain nameless for the time being, but I can’t wait to shout about this one.

I think the biggest opportunity for brands today is…

Targeting. Learning who you are talking to and how. And constantly looking back at it.

The one app I would highly recommend everyone should use is…

Banking apps – lifesaver on a daily basis

Everyone should follow…
I love @worklifemother I’m a mum and she gives me daily inspiration to keep at it, see the positive and consider myself, which sometimes falls to the bottom of the many to-do lists.

If I didn’t work at TJ I would work as…
A surfer-paddleboarder-nature-supporting member of the Nosara, Costa Rica community. Please.

The one word I would use to describe TJ is…
Talent-rich
