This month we’re celebrating 10 years of big ideas at Thinking Juice. It’s a fantastic achievement for the team and we’re all absolutely delighted at how far we’ve come in what feels like no time at all.
From a humble beginning with no start-up clients, to where we are today can only be attributed to a brilliant team’s hard work, commitment, enthusiasm, energy and talent.
The agency was founded by me and my co-founding director Debbie Lennon. Our main focus was to build an agency that we could be proud of. And we certainly are that.
In all that time the whole team has worked to create big ideas that delivered big results, build on smart thinking, not just hefty spending. And it’s earned us a reputation as one of the best, most strategic and effective independent agencies in the UK.
Today, we work for brands including uSwitch, John Lewis, British Bankers’ Association, G Plan, Marshall Amps, Aviva, Dimplex, Caterpillar, Mizunoand many more. We’ve been named UK Agency of the Year, the UK’s Most Creative, Most Effective and this year Most Strategic Agency.
The secret of our success is simple. Hard work. It’s not always been easy. But it’s been an incredible journey.
I have so many amazing memories over that time. It’s hard to say which one is truly the best. Although I say it was winning UK Agency of the Year (and wow, what a night that was – that, said the morning after wasn’t so good)… it’s probably was more likely that the most exciting moment was the day I left my previous agency, taking a step into the unknown with no clients at all.
It was frightening. Energising. And inspiring at the same time. And I feel lucky to be working in such an incredible team today, and to have worked in such a fantastic partnership.
It really is humbling to work with such a brilliant team. And I know I safely speak for both Debbie and myself when I say thank you to everyone that has helped along the way. Clients. Suppliers. Team. Friends and family.
Here’s to another ten years of big ideas!
And to celebrate. The team has some fun on Vine (oh dear). Enjoy.
