Marshall Amps x Eleven Miles

Working on a global scale, Eleven Miles were challenged by Marshall Amps to revitalise their brand and to help them appeal to a younger demographic of music lovers.

Although Marshall Amps are the most famous guitar amp brand in the world, their appeal had become limited to professional and serious players. Following an extensive strategic project, we created a new, more inclusive proposition, attitude, tone of voice and look and feel that created more opportunities for the brand, yet remained true to their heritage and beliefs. #LIVEFORMUSIC was born and rolled out as a consumer-facing brand campaign across all channels, including an award-winning website, as well as forming the base for multiple product-specific campaigns.

Impact

It launched with great success, won numerous awards and immediately connected the brand to the next generation of guitarists and non-playing music lovers. Brand awareness and engagement across all channels dramatically increased and new license opportunities were created.

Three years on from our strategic work, #LIVEFORMUSIC is still central to Marshall's communications and continues to go from strength to strength.
