John Lewis. The brand that everyone always says in their briefs to us ‘We want to be like them’. So, when they contacted us looking for help with their brand guidelines and digital design, we were delighted. Following a three way pitch, we won their digital brand brief in 2012 which we are still involved with, along with other campaigns including response email marketing.
