ECO SUSTAINABLE

THE BRIEF
As long ago as 1993 ECO saw the potential, and indeed, the importance of recycling. Trailblazing innovations and marketing flair increased the company’s success and now they operate the UK’s leading purpose-built site for organics recycling. They won Company of the Year 2008 in Dorset.
 
Thinking Juice were brought on board to help them to deliver against very ambitious growth targets over the next two years in both consumer product sales and through the trade. They and have developed an incredibly efficient business model, recycling most of Dorset’s green waste. 99% of what comes through the door, gets recycled and sold back into the market.

THE WORK - PACKAGING, DIGITAL AND DIRECT
The first project was a rework of the packaging for their composts, mulches, soils and chips. For this our designers did no ‘recycling’ at all, the ideas were totally original.

THE RESULT(S)
Solely by re-designing the packs, we saw sales lifting by 3 times! Not surprisingly, we now handle their entire creative account including advertising, creative, design, direct and digital.
